Shipping
Free Freight is offered Australia wide on all orders over $100. Orders placed that are under $100, will be calculated VIA weight and region, and will be charged appropriately.
All parcels are sent VIA Australia Post from our factory in Dandenong (MELBOURNE) and all parcels include tracking numbers. If you require your tracking number, please contact us.
Orders generally take 3-5 Business days to be delivered (from when the parcel leaves us), if you haven’t received your parcel within this time, please contact us.
Occasionally, Australia Post may forget to leave a “sorry we missed you” card, and the parcel may stay at the Post Office. Please check with your local Post shop if your not sure.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL PARCELS REQUIRE A SIGNITURE ON DELIVERY. This is to protect the customer and the business.
Region – We will ship anywhere in the world. If you encounter a problem during check out it may be due to your country not being entered into our system. Send us an email and we will make sure your country is entered.
Returns
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with any purchase, you may return the unused product(s) (within 7 business days of delivery) for a full refund of the price of the item less delivery. The item must be in re-sellable condition upon return. We cannot refund the return shipping charges unless there is a defect with the product or the order was not filled properly. You are required to receive a return authorization from us prior to any returns. To do so, please send an e-mail to sales@forceaccessories.com.au and explain your reason for the return.
Exchange
Our prices are based on the Australian dollar. For your convenience the prices can be viewed in US dollars or Euro. These prices are based on the current exchange rate provided through Yahoo CSV. Your credit card provider may use a slightly different exchange rate resulting in some variation to our prices.
International Orders
Force Accessories currently accept all international orders.
Pricing
Orders from Australian customers will include GST. No GST will be charged on international orders.
